This pic was inspired by the series Full Metal Alchemist some of you may know. The idea was so stuck in my head that I found it hard to draw anything else before I finished this one. I first planned to stop after finishing the character, but then realized it looked kinda crappy without a background... so I added another hour for drawing one. -..-
I tried a new inking style a friend showed to me and I have to say it looks way better and more realistic now. I feel like I took another step on developing my style and that always feels good. ^^ All in all one of the longest pics I ever drew, but also one of my favourites.  I'm really glad with the way it turned out. Now on to other pics! Yay! |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces.
